This part-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role is based in Kailua-Kona, HI. The Human Resources Manager will oversee essential HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting performance management initiatives. Building and maintaining a positive workplace culture across the clinics will also be a key focus for this role.

• Knowledge of Human Resources practices including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Proficiency in HR compliance, benefits administration, and performance management
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with conflict resolution and team-building strategies
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site healthcare environment
• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
