The Opportunity

Alpha Inc. needs a Parts Runner / Equipment Laborer who moves like a closer—fast, accurate, and unfazed when the schedule gets loud.

This role is the difference between “we’re waiting on parts” and “we’re back online.” You’ll keep iron turning by getting the right parts and equipment to the right place at the right time—without excuses, without drama, and without cutting corners on safety.

About Alpha Inc.

Alpha Inc. is a locally owned Hawaiʻi leader in heavy civil construction, renewable energy, concrete services, drilling, and infrastructure solutions. We build projects that serve island communities for generations—done right, done safe, done with pride.

We run on three core values:

Leading with Heart – Respect people. Do the right thing when no one’s watching.

Strength in Unity – One crew. One mission. We win together.

Alpha Mentality – Take ownership. Bring grit. Finish strong.

What You’ll Do (Your Mission)

Identify and locate required parts/equipment within the base yard or inventory

Coordinate with the equipment team to prioritize deliveries to jobsites and vendors

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts/equipment to designated locations

Assist in tracking inventory levels, restocking, and organizing parts and equipment

Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies

Operate forklifts/material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport safely

Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure readiness

Maintain accurate records (delivery receipts, maintenance logs, inventory usage)

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

What You Bring (A-Player Standards)
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

Parts OR mechanic experience (equipment, automotive, fleet, heavy equipment, or similar) — you understand parts, tools, and how maintenance work actually happens

Must be able to drive manual transmission (CDL is a plus)

Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and doing physical work

Strong time management + organization

Clear, respectful communication (verbal and written)

Dependable, self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Who Thrives Here

You’ll crush this role if you:

Have real-world parts counter / shop / mechanic experience and can speak the language

Move with urgency and accuracy (wrong part = wasted day)

Take pride in being the person who keeps production alive

Stay cool under pressure and do it safely—every time
