Security Officer - Flex Transit Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and/or tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail and mall environment.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and contacting appropriate resources as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, observe for unusual conditions, and report maintenance hazards and/or suspicious behavior through established reporting channels.;
Complete shift activity reports, incident documentation, and communicate key information to Allied Universal supervision and/or client representatives.
