** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government aviation location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site leadership and local first responders as directed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, perimeter access points, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

+ Monitor access points and credentialing requirements, assist with visitor and vendor routing, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns through the appropriate channels.

+ Complete reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and inspections, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Alarm panel experience preferred.

+ Customer service experience preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
