Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government airport location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and reporting observations per post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, access roads, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and restricted areas by observing activity, verifying credentials when directed, and communicating concerns to appropriate personnel;
Support orderly operations by assisting with way finding, coordinating with onsite staff and/or local authorities as needed, and maintaining a professional presence
