As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Patrols in Kahului, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and proactive engagement. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining open communication with all individuals onsite.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activities within the premises to help to deter potential risks.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to company and site-specific procedures.
• Assist visitors and employees with inquiries and directions as needed while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
