This is a rare opportunity to lead and grow the Maui Vans commercial operation with full focus on relationship development, volume growth, and long-term account management.
Position OverviewThe Commercial Van Sales Manager is responsible for leading all Sprinter and commercial van sales operations at Maui Vans.
This role blends:
- Sales leadership
- Fleet relationship development
- Inventory strategy
- OEM alignment
- Revenue accountability
You are not just managing a desk. You are building and leading a commercial business unit.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all commercial van sales performance, volume, and gross objectives
- Develop and manage relationships with fleet accounts, contractors, hospitality groups, and local businesses
- Coach and develop Brand Specialists focused on Sprinter and commercial sales
- Oversee commercial inventory mix, allocation strategy, and ordering
- Partner with Finance and Service leadership to ensure seamless delivery and long-term retention
- Identify growth opportunities within Maui’s commercial and tourism sectors
- Maintain alignment with Mercedes-Benz commercial brand standards
- Consistent monthly and quarterly commercial unit volume
- Strong gross performance on fleet and retail commercial deals
- Growth of repeat commercial and fleet accounts
- Clean deal structure and compliance
- Positive client retention and relationship growth
- 5+ years of automotive sales leadership experience
- Commercial, fleet, or truck sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing high-dollar transactions
- Proven ability to build long-term business relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset
