At Sally Beauty, you will join the world’s largest hair and beauty supplier and help empower customers to express themselves through hair. The role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co‑workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customers.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. It involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
