Daytime Leadership
While our hospital never sleeps, this leadership position is focused on our daytime operations
. As the Lead RVT, you will be the primary anchor for our technician team, ensuring high-quality medicine, mentoring staff, and maintaining a smooth, efficient workflow during our peak hours. - Lead the Floor:
Coordinate staff duties and direct the daily flow of the clinic. - Mentor & Develop:
Lead staff evaluations, training, and goal-setting initiatives to help our team grow. - Clinical Oversight:
Oversee controlled substance logs, surgery logs, and equipment maintenance. - Communication:
Maintain open lines of communication between the team and leadership; lead accountability and coaching conversations to maintain our high standards of care.
- Credentialed:
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license required. - Experienced:
Minimum of 3 years of veterinary nursing/tech experience highly preferred. - Leader:
Minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred. - Technical Expert:
Strong veterinary skill set with surgical and anesthesia confidence. - Team Player:
Confident, reliable, and possessed of excellent communication skills.
- Compensation: $26-$29 per hour.
