Assistant Moving Center Manager

• Oversee daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager
• Make timely decisions regarding the allocation of time and resources to various projects
• Manage/art assign team members to ensure excellent customer service and first impressions
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers
• Engage in ongoing education and training through U‑Haul University

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Leadership experience in any capacity
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work various shifts

• Experience in a management role within a retail or service environment
• Familiarity with U‑Haul products and services
• Skills in conflict resolution and team motivation
• Previous experience in a physically demanding role
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to equipment and machinery
