In this role you’ll oversee all facets of employee benefits, from daily administration to strategic improvements. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for employees, a partner to leadership, and a champion for well‑being across our workforce. What You Will Do Benefits Management & Strategy- Lead the transition of all employee benefits programs to an in‑house model by developing efficient, scalable processes.
- Manage daily administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and voluntary benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support.
- Oversee end‑to‑end benefits operations, including open enrollment, yearly renewals, vendor management, and employee education.
