Annual Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (Depending on Experience)

In this role you’ll oversee all facets of employee benefits, from daily administration to strategic improvements. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for employees, a partner to leadership, and a champion for well‑being across our workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to design efficient workflows, elevate employee experience, and make a meaningful impact on how Alpha Inc. supports its team.

What You Will Do Benefits Management & Strategy
  • Lead the transition of all employee benefits programs to an in‑house model by developing efficient, scalable processes.
  • Manage daily administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and voluntary benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end benefits operations, including open enrollment, yearly renewals, vendor management, and employee education.
