We are currently seeking a customer-focused, collaborative, detail-oriented Wealth Assistant to join our Wealth Advisory Division on Maui. In this role, you will be responsible to provide support to WAD FHA and Insurance Advisors and Associates as well as other WAD Cluster Team members as assigned and meet assigned sales goals. Work under the close direction of Senior personnel in the functional area.

Possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. This person is consistent in producing volumes of work.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (hours may vary)

Compensation

The hourly salary range for this role is $17.69-$26.71/hour; commensurate with experience

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Industry experience / business or related degree required.
  • Life & Health;
    Series 6;
    Series 63 within 1 year of hire.
  • Life & Health;
    Series 7 and Series 66 or 65 (if 65 then 63 also) preferred.
  • Commit to acquiring CFP, CLU or CHFC or Industry equivalent designation preferred.
  • Able to work independently and manage routine projects.
  • Able to be a team player in order to establish strong branch and program relationships.
  • Able to learn new computer databases, programs and processes.
  • Analytical and research skills.
  • Bank product and service knowledge.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Personal computer skills.
  • Planning, scheduling and organizational skills.
