Employers OptionsEmployers Options is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team.
Job Description- Process material requests and issue accurate purchase orders, verifying specifications, pricing, availability, and required delivery dates.
- Track all open orders, monitor lead times, and follow up with vendors to prevent delays.
- Resolve discrepancies related to damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
- Coordinate delivery logistics to ensure materials are staged, shipped, and received according to project needs.
- Work closely with Warehouse staff, Project Managers, and field supervisors.
- Maintain procurement and delivery records, including PO documentation, packing slips, invoices, and back order updates.
- Partner with Accounting to resolve invoice and PO variances and maintain up-to-date vendor files, pricing, and required documentation.
- Support inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels, assisting with periodic counts, and communicating replenishment needs.
- Provide clear, timely communication to internal stakeholders regarding material status, lead-time changes, and potential schedule impacts.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Must be able to work onsite Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.
- Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and MEP trades is desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
- Valid driver’s license: ability to travel between warehouses and job sites as required.
- Clear, professional communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with field, warehouse, and office teams.
