Field Clerk; Maui

SSFM's Maui office is seeking a CM Field Clerk to join our team. Under the direct supervision of the CM Manager, the Field Clerk will provide general construction clerical support to the Construction Management (CM) team for a specific project. The role may vary slightly depending on the project and work location.

• Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support the CM team.
• Assist with document management, including filing, organizing, and maintaining project records.
• Support the team in tracking project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with administrative office procedures and project requirements.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Self-Starter: Motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior experience in an engineering, construction, or administrative environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction management processes and terminology is desirable.
