We are hiring a General Laborer to support yard operations at our Mira Loma, CA location. This is a full-time, Monday‑Friday hands‑on role for individuals who prefer physical work and being outdoors.

As a General Laborer, you will assist with the movement, staging, and organization of railroad materials throughout the yard. The role requires working both indoors and outdoors, supporting daily operations in a team‑based environment. The work is active, fast‑paced, and emphasizes safety and teamwork.

• Move, sort, load, and stage rail materials and other yard inventory
• Assist with general yard operations and production support
• Operate basic tools, equipment, and forklifts safely (training provided)
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe indoor and outdoor work areas
• Work closely with team members to meet daily operational needs

• Reliable and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Prior labor or yard experience is helpful but not required
