Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate parties based on post orders;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the retail distribution location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points and truck and/or delivery traffic as assigned, checking credentials and directing visitors and drivers in accordance with site policies;
Complete routine reports and document observations, incidents, and patrol activity per Allied Universal and site requirements
