As an Applebee's Server, you are the first and last impression for our guests. You’ll greet guests, take orders, recommend menu items, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience. Work hard, have a great time, and build a career path with us.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests.
• Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs.
• Handle payments and tips efficiently.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact.

MUST be able to:

• Exert well‑paced mobility for long periods up to 4 hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates and baskets to and from dining areas, service bar, and kitchen 30+ times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings and, when required, protective face coverings or masks.
• Use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently.
