In the fast-paced world of manufacturing, we require a seasoned Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our dedicated team. This is a permanent position offering a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. Your role will involve maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our industrial machinery, directly impacting the efficiency, productivity, and success of our operation.

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and optimally.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them using the appropriate tools and techniques.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults within our machinery, including motors and control systems.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Document and maintain records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Assist in the setup and installation of new machinery and equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Communicate directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work.

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic within the manufacturing industry (food manufacturing experience ideal).
• Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting, motors, and mechanical maintenance.
• Proficiency in using manual and electrical hand tools, as well as electrical testing equipment.
• Sound knowledge of industrial machinery and the mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and standards in the industry.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Physically capable of handling heavy machinery and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
