We have three facilities covering over 1.5 million square feet and serve many customers from a wide variety of industries. - HRIS Usage:
Utilize HRIS for recruiting workflows, onboarding, performance cycles, and analytics dashboards; collaborate with Compliance HR Manager for data integrity and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s in HR or related field;
Master’s or JD a plus - 7–10+ years HR experience with ER investigations and compliance
- Deep knowledge of California labor & employment law
- HR certifications preferred
- Compliance audit pass rate
- Investigation cycle time
- Payroll accuracy
- Policy update cadence
