ResponsibilitiesThe Talent Acquisition Partner actively seeks out opportunities to recruit diverse talent and works collaboratively with the TA Manager, HR Business Partner, Business Unit Executives, and local leadership to drive short and long‑term hiring efforts within specified markets/regions. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment cycle from identifying search opportunities and candidate sourcing to pre‑screening, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
This role manages the entire candidate experience from initial contact through the final offer stage.
A Talent Acquisition Partner should possess a highly collaborative work style, strong service orientation, and exceptional communication skills to engage effectively across all organizational levels. As a subject matter expert, the Talent Acquisition Partner demonstrates expertise in the recruitment function, including sourcing methods, local market trends, and developing, implementing, and owning customised/diverse recruitment methods for the designated market.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years’ experience with full cycle recruiting in a corporate environment including recruiting process ownership.
- 3+ years working with an ATS system (iCIMS & Linked In Recruiter experience strongly preferred).
- 2+ years of recruiting experience for an AEC organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field or 8 years of equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience.

Salary Low: USD 99,800.00 per year.
