Job Responsibilities:

The Digital Assets Product Lead at the company plays a crucial role in the advancement and execution of digital asset solutions within the Global Markets Division. The responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Head of Digital Assets in formulating and implementing the bank’s digital-asset strategy.
• Designing, developing, and launching products related to cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, and digital money.
• Conducting market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and use cases.
• Preparing business cases, pricing models, and commercial proposals for new initiatives.
• Execution & Delivery:
• Leading cross-functional delivery squads from various departments such as Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely delivery and integration with existing systems.
• Defining and managing project milestones, product requirements, and success metrics; utilizing Confluence or similar tools for transparent tracking.
• Operationalizing new digital-asset products by coordinating onboarding, training, SOP design, and control implementation with Operations, Risk, and Front Office.
• Monitoring live performance and conducting post-implementation reviews; establishing product dashboards and analytics to track adoption, transaction volumes, and revenue contribution.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, data optimization, and process efficiency across the digital-asset lifecycle.
• Tracking KPIs and user adoption to support continuous product enhancement.
• Stakeholder Management & Partnerships:
• Engaging internal business units and functional specialists to integrate digital-asset capabilities within Global Markets offerings.
• Building relationships with external partners to enhance product delivery.
• Representing the company in industry forums and regulatory working groups.

• Ensuring compliance of products and processes with the company’s risk management, legal, and compliance frameworks.
• Developing and maintaining governance documentation, operational manuals, and control checklists.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating delivery, operational, and cyber risks associated with digital-asset solutions.

Education and Experience Information:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline is required.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CfTP, CFA, Professional Scrum Master, and Professional Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial markets, digital assets, or fintech product management.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, market infrastructure, tokenization frameworks, and digital-money applications.
• Proven track record in project delivery and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• A self-starter with an execution-first mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced and agile environment.
