Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience working in Corporate Compliance in a lead role.
- Strong aptitude and proven skills in interpersonal communications, writing and project management (research, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
- Personal qualities and interpersonal skills necessary for effective relationship building with a variety of professionals and clinicians and the public (vendors).
- Must have extensive knowledge of relevant legislative, regulatory, and accrediting agency requirements necessary to administer a corporate compliance program.
- Strong Microsoft office skills required.
- Familiarity with Access, Project Manager, and the ability to learn new applications easily required.
Reporting to Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, the position is responsible for the development, implementation, administration and mitigation of the Corporate Compliance Program and management of the Corporate Compliance Team. The role has a dotted line reporting structure to the President and CEO and the Audit Committee of the Board of Trustees.
The position supervises and facilitates the functions of the Corporate Compliance department and the development of all standards developed in the organization that are designed to fulfil the legal, ethical and moral obligations of the organization.
