What You Will Be DoingIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the workload of childcare facilities across the State of Alaska. Your duties will include conducting on‑site inspections and investigations, applying your knowledge of licensing requirements, and maintaining effective communication with childcare providers, partner agency members, and the general public. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating and issuing various reports and ensuring that facilities are fully compliant before granting a Child Care License.

This position is located in Anchorage. This position includes both office and field work and requires traveling within the state.
