Overview
Ready-Mix & Rental Equipment is in search of a versatile professional to join our small team in a unique hybrid role of Diesel Mechanic, lowboy driver and customer service.
Tasks- Heavy Equipment Mechanic:
Accountable for the upkeep and repair of our diverse fleet, which encompasses everything from diesel engines to small tools. - Low-Boy Driver:
Responsible for the secure transportation and delivery of heavy machinery across Sitka. - Rental Counter:
Assist customers with equipment rentals and provide expert recommendations.
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician.
- A valid Class A CDL with an exemplary driving record.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive mindset.
- Residing in (or willing to relocate to) Sitka, AK.
- Compensation of $35-45 per hour with plenty of overtime opportunities
