AKHIRE is recruiting for the following position:
Position: Retail Store Manager
Schedule: Full-Time, Daytime hours varied days Mon - Sun
Responsibilities - Retail Store Manager
- Lead and train retail sales team
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and deal with customer complaints
- Manage and report on store costs and profitability
- Maintain retail store to be set laid out to planogram and assure cleaning and maintenance is completed
- Carry out inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
- Recruit, interview and hire selling associates
- Work directly with HR on employee payroll and employee disputes
- Complete and assure associates have completed all product training
- Foster an environment of accountability and creativity for all employees
Retail Store Manager
- Business degree and/or 3 years of retail management
- Experienced and knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to complete and pass drug screen and background check
