Bartlett Regional Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Home Health Care team!
Pay Information- RN 2 starts at $44.09 per hour
- RN 3 starts at $46.29 per hour
RN 2: RN 2 independently plans and implements routine nursing care, uses standards, assumes leadership with minimal supervision, communicates effectively, works as part of a team, utilizes computer literacy and workflow. RN 2 in Home Health independently plans and implements routine nursing care in predictable situations, works under general supervision.
RN 3: Advanced level RN 3 assigned at least one float area, renders comprehensive nursing care addressing physical, psychological, spiritual, social, cultural, educational needs. Provides preventative, supportive, rehabilitative care based on nursing process. Works under Nursing Supervisor, may serve Rapid Response Team and Code Team, float pool staff may cover ED, CCU, Med/Surg, MHU, OB and RRC. Home Health RN administers skilled nursing care in patient homes per physician orders under Home Health Clinical Manager.
Minimum QualificationsRN 2
- License:
Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Valid Driver's License, current auto liability insurance, reliable transportation for Home Health RNs.
- Experience:
Advancement from an RN 1 or at least one year continuous experience in comparable patient care setting. Must remain at this level for minimum of one year before applying for advancement. - Certification(s):
Refer to Mandatory Education for Clinical and Support Staff Policy for current certification requirements. Refer to Clinical Ladder Policy and Clinical Ladder Portfolio Guide for promotion requirements.
RN 3
- Education:
BSN preferred. - License:
Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Valid Driver's License, current auto liability insurance, reliable transportation for Home Health RNs.
- Experience:
Three years current clinical experience or one year as a Bartlett RN 2. New employees must obtain a float area within 6 months. Proficient clinical competency in primary specialty and at least one float area required when promoting. - Certification(s):

- All new employees are required to produce a negative drug screen for all illegal substances in Alaska prior to the start of employment.
