What You Will Be DoingAs a Maintenance Specialist, BFC Journey 1 HVAC, you will perform daily maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with safety standards. This includes monitoring and responding to building systems using specialized software, maintaining accurate records in AIS and CMMS, and utilizing tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repairs. You will communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and airport personnel to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations while adhering to regulatory requirements and safety protocols.

- Technical Problem Solving:
Troubleshoots, diagnoses, analyzes, and identifies system malfunctions to determine the source and cause of the problem. - Compliance:
