Overview

Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate review of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with key sponsor stakeholders to manage workload and prioritize weekly review meeting agendas within allotted meeting times.
- Work with Marketing and Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) teams to ensure completion of agenda-related assets by all participants prior to the meeting.
- Lead, manage and facilitate all activities, dialogues, and reviews during meetings in support of efficient Review Committee (RC) execution.
- Manage meeting conflicts and escalate unresolved concerns using sponsor escalation process when necessary.
- Summarize, document, and distribute meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items.
- Support brand teams to providing recommendations that align submission plans with strategy, tactics, and timelines.
- Ensure all stakeholders remain compliant with organizational and sponsor policies as well as regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and manage the RCPL team to ensure business objectives are met in a compliant and effective manner.
- Maintain 100% compliance with sponsor and Cognizant training, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Bridgewater, NJ – remote.
What you must have to be considered- 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising, marketing operations, project management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with key sponsor stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify inefficiencies.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional tasks and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Degree in marketing, science, healthcare, or related field
- 2+ years of Veeva Promo Mats experience

Salary and Other CompensationApplications will be accepted until February 8, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $73,000.00 - $83,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
