Job Overview

As a Youth and Family Outpatient Clinician, you’ll help clients build stability, independence, and meaningful lives through direct therapy, crisis response, and integrated care coordination.
Responsibilities- Perform clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
- Support clients with daily living and psychosocial skill-building.
- Offer crisis response services and participate in an on-call rotation, as needed.
- Collaborate with medical, legal, and housing partners to support client goals.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
- Ability to practice in Alaska, or the ability to obtain before employment begins.
- Active licensure or ability to obtain within 5 years.
- Valid driver's license & CPR/AED certification (we'll help with the CPR certification if needed).
- A compassionate, team-oriented approach to care.
- Pay: $35.92 – $52.00/hour

Job TypeFull-time, permanent, on site position. Salary placement is based on relevant work experience and education.
Background & Travel RequirementsAll JAMHI positions require the ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with current state regulation requirements and a valid driver's license, and be able to clear the JAMHI auto insurance screening through the independent insurance carrier.
