As a Youth and Family Outpatient Clinician, you’ll help clients build stability, independence, and meaningful lives through direct therapy, crisis response, and integrated care coordination.

• Perform clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Support clients with daily living and psychosocial skill-building.
• Offer crisis response services and participate in an on-call rotation, as needed.
• Collaborate with medical, legal, and housing partners to support client goals.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to practice in Alaska, or the ability to obtain before employment begins.
• Active licensure or ability to obtain within 5 years.
• Valid driver's license & CPR/AED certification (we'll help with the CPR certification if needed).
• A compassionate, team-oriented approach to care.

• Pay: $35.92 – $52.00/hour

Juneau, Alaska

Full-time, permanent, on site position. Salary placement is based on relevant work experience and education.

All JAMHI positions require the ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with current state regulation requirements and a valid driver's license, and be able to clear the JAMHI auto insurance screening through the independent insurance carrier.
