SEARHC is seeking several highly qualified Master’s prepared Behavioral Health Clinicians to be part of our Juneau Vintage Park interdisciplinary team providing culturally responsive individual, family and group therapy for those experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health disorders. Successful candidates have a solid foundation in trauma work and utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build trust and rapport.
Behavioral Health Clinicians conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based upon clients’ needs and goals to promote recovery. Clinicians participate in supervision, complete documentation timely, ensure records are maintained per accreditation standards, and uphold confidentiality.

- Unlicensed Clinician – $83,000 annually
- Licensed Clinician – $114,400 annually
- LCSW – $124,800 annually
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
- Clinical Competency Assessment – SEARHC
- Driver License – State of Alaska
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Alaska State Board of Social Worker Examiners
- Licensed Counselor – Alaska State Board of Professional Counselors
