We are seeking a motivated candidate with a passion for customer service and eye for detail to join the Operations team providing support to a variety of traditional and non-traditional business members by addressing their financial needs.

As a Business Specialist, you will work with members and potential members to open, service and monitor accounts, process transactions, problem solve and deliver general information about the Credit Union s products and services.

• Act as the primary liaison for business members, providing support for account openings, closures and ongoing maintenance.
• Guide business members through account setup processes including education on the online banking tools
• Coordinate cash ordering and deposit services between business members and branch staff to ensure secure and efficient handling.
• Assist with Risk Management team for annual compliance reviews.
• Ensure all activities adhere to applicable state and federal laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.

• One to three years of similar or related experience. Emphasis in managing business preferred.
• A two-year college degree or completion of specialized certification or licensing or completion of specialized training courses.
• Excellent listening and communication skills and ability to work with discretion.
• Ability to work efficiently and exercise good organizational skills
