Pay range

- Provide engineering services on multiple federal projects ranging in value up to hundreds of millions of dollars.
- Experience with large federal building design, medical building design, or comparable projects (≥$100M).
- Conduct site observation and report to government personnel on assigned projects.
- Offer technical and administrative support.
- Oversee construction, contract administration, and quality assurance in accordance with policies and regulations.
- Analyze design and construction issues relative to contract requirements and deliver recommendations to government personnel.
- Review and interpret plans, specifications, submittals, reports, schedules, modifications, cost estimates, pay applications, change orders, and claims.
- Prepare daily field reports covering all relevant cost and engineering considerations.
- Participate in pre‑construction conferences with government personnel.
- Specialize in low‑voltage and high‑voltage electrical systems, controls, building automation, data centers, and other complex engineering elements.
- Previous experience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects is a plus.
- U.S. citizenship required, must pass federal background review and drug screening.
- Minimum 10 years engineering, construction, and contract administration experience.
- Experience on projects with government clients preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or similar government projects is an advantage.
- Experience with large “campus” type projects preferred.
- Familiarity with RMS 3.0 is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
