Position Type: Temporary Hourly Position
PositionThe Juneau School District, located in Alaska's capital city, is seeking an outstanding instructional leader to provide principal/administrator support for the district summer school programs. The District is seeking an individual who is a strong communicator, supportive of staff and students with experience in student discipline and behavior management as well as teacher collaboration, curriculum implementation and proven community involvement and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to achieving academic excellence and lifelong learning, as well as proven leadership abilities; ensures a safe school environment; be committed to parental involvement and school/community partnerships; possess a cultural appreciation for all learners; advocate for students; and be approachable, transparent, timely and proactive.

This is a temporary hourly, non-benefited position. Actual work schedule is dependent upon the needs the needs of the program. The starting rate of pay is $56.08 per hour.
