Division of Alaska Air National Guard (ANG) is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant 1.

This position is in the General Government (GGU) bargaining unit at a range 12.

This position is open to Alaska Residents only.

What You Will Be Doing

Air National Guard's Administrative Assistant 1 plays a critical role in managing and maintaining all Real Property records and activities for Alaska Air National Guard facilities at Eielson Air Force Base. This position ensures full compliance with the Master Cooperative Agreement (MCA Appendix 1021E) and all applicable governing regulations. As the new Administrative Assistant 1, you are directly responsible for validating property assignments and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all real property documentation within the Facility Management functional area.

Additionally, this role serves as the primary liaison to building managers, property owners, and contractors by coordinating facility coding and supporting the oversight of general maintenance and facility upkeep.
