RV Service Technician Apprentice (Entry-Level)Job Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Beginner / No experience required
Training Provided: Yes
We are seeking a motivated RV Service Technician Apprentice to join our service team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, learning mechanical and electrical skills, and working with recreational vehicles. The apprentice will work alongside experienced RV technicians and receive on‑the‑job training in RV repair, maintenance, and diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities- Learn to service RV systems including:
- Electrical (12V & 120V)
- Plumbing and water systems
- Propane systems
- HVAC (air conditioning and heating)
- Appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc.)
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as:
- Cleaning and sealing roofs
- Replacing lights, outlets, and fuses
- Checking tires, batteries, and fluid levels
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Follow safety procedures and shop guidelines
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Document work performed under supervision
- Provide courteous service to customers when needed
- Paid on-the-job training
- Mentorship from experienced RV technicians

Requirements
Qualifications- No prior RV experience required
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in learning a trade
- Basic knowledge of hand tools preferred
- Willingness to learn electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or GED
- Trade school or automotive experience
- Basic electrical or plumbing knowledge
- Valid driver’s license
