Unlike a traditional finance role focused on high-pressure volume, this position offers a more relationship-driven sales experience, longer customer interactions, and a culture centered on enjoyment, trust, and lifestyle focused on family.

• Guide customers through the financing process and confidently contract new business
• Generate finance income while delivering a positive, consultative customer experience
• Secure lender approvals by matching customers with the best programs and rate options
• Review, verify, and finalize all paperwork for cash and financed transactions
• Ensure all funds are properly contracted or collected at closing
• Partner with a wide network of lenders and maintain strong lender relationships
• Present and sell a variety of aftermarket and protection products that enhance the RV ownership experience
