Retail Supervisor - Inventory at WIS International

Starting Wage From: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

This role is part time and offers varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn.

Overview

The Retail Supervisor - Inventory role focuses on coaching and training Inventory Associates to ensure accuracy, following a clear workflow, and promoting operational excellence within a supportive and inclusive environment. You will help lead the team, resolve event-related concerns, and uphold WIS core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork.

  • Coach and train Inventory Associates – Accuracy matters here.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow – Your playbook for success.
  • Lead & Engage – Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, while maximizing team productivity and engagement.
  • Support and develop the team to grow and improve performance.
  • Represent the organization positively, upholding core values in a safe and inclusive environment.

Team Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills with solutions focus
  • Ability to work flexible schedules to support the District Manager and customer commitments
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
  • Comfort learning and using handheld scanners or count tools
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • No degree needed; whether you are new to the workforce or returning, candidates are welcome
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment checks as required
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required per WIS Fleet driver requirements
Working Conditions

This position requires standing for prolonged periods, occasional walking, repetitive use of hands and wrists, frequent movement to low positions, potential ladder use, and lifting/carrying items up to 25 lbs. Occasional travel by car and overnight stays may be required.
