This role is part of the Fulfillment team within the Customer Experience Product Organization, where you will oversee a strategic portfolio focused on industry leading pharmacy customer experience, refine CX for restricted assortment and perfect the InHome customer experience. Your work will span end-to-end customer experiences that ensure accelerated access to all assortment. This is essential for optimizing inventory, enhancing fulfillment speeds, boosting conversion rates, reducing cancellations, and ultimately improving the overall customer experience.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have comfort with analytics and user experience design, the ability to influence leaders and teams, demonstrate structured thinking, and have strong communication skills.
