! A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and ensuring their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, creating an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

• You may get hired early and train in the Springfield bakery a few days per week.

Compensation: $12.30 per hour

You’ll assist guests in selecting and customizing cakes, manage orders, ensure timely preparation, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and promote sales of cake-related items.

• Age 16 or older.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Ready to work early morning, closing, and weekend shifts.
• Prior guest service, bakery, restaurant, or retail experience preferred.
• Sales experience a plus.
