Position: Medical Records (LPN/RN)

Location: Aspire Senior Living of Joplin - Joplin, MO

Shift: FULL-TIME DAYS

We are seeking a reliable and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Medical Records (LPN/RN)!

• Maintain, organize, and secure medical records in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies.

• Assist with the preparation, filing, and retrieval of resident health information as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and medical providers.

• Support the facility team with additional clerical or resident-related tasks as assigned.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) nursing license in Missouri.

• Previous experience in medical records, clerical work, or healthcare setting preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
