Schedule: Full Time (36hrs/week) or Part Time (24hrs/week)

About Us - Medical Oncology

• Located on the first floor at Freeman Hospital West, Medical is equipped with 43 private rooms
• Wide variety of diagnoses including Respiratory Illness, GI Illness, Diabetes, General Medical and Non-surgical Oncology patients
• Our focus is on patient care and teamwork with a friendly family culture
• Perfect place for new graduates or seasoned nurses to build skill and make a difference in the community

What You'll Do

In conjunction with the medical plan of care, independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.

Requirements

Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
