Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Dr. Guilliams (Urology) Our Mission

Performs independent care, specialized knowledge, judgment, skill, training and education without medical supervision or delegation as authorized. Will enter into and maintain a collaborative practice agreement with a physician licensed to practice medicine in the State of Missouri. Under such agreement, the physician delegates to the midlevel authority to deliver health care services and treatments, and to administer, dispense and prescribe drugs which are specific to those clinical conditions he/she is authorized to treat.

Is authorized to provide health care services that include the diagnosis and initiation of treatment for acutely or chronically ill or injured persons.

Full Time

• Current Missouri Advanced Practice Nurse licensure as a Nurse Practitioner according to MO State Board of Nursing.
• Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.

• Current Missouri Physician Assistant license.
• Graduate of Physician assistant program accredited by the committee on Allied Health, education and accreditation of the American Medical Association.
• Successfully passed the national commission on verification of physician assistant examination and has been certified by the national commission on verification of physician assistant.
