About The Position
The primary responsibility of an ERP specialist is to ensure the alignment of production processes within the ERP system to effectively achieve established production goals. This involves comprehensive analysis, user training, and ongoing support to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.
- Manufacturing ERP Subject Matter Expert
- Liaison between Manufacturing and all Support Functions
- Educator for Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering Functions
- Production reporting
- Inventory Record Accuracy
- Data: capture; access; retrieval; and analytics
- Video based education modules
- ERP system process improvement and problem solving
- Manufacturing processes mapping
- Manufacturing routings optimization
- Paperless processes zealot
- Providing ERP end-user training and technical support for Production
- Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration into Production
- Other duties as assigned
Key skills include technical proficiency, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication. Ongoing training and practical experience are also crucial for success in this role.
Qualifications- U.S. Persons
- High School Diploma Required
- Association Degree in Applied Science or comparable
- The most successful candidate will also have experience working with or implementing ERP systems in a support role
