** Job Summary
** Leading end to end Talent & Succession frameworks and processes to build a strong leadership pipeline and managing and enhancing Performance Management systems to align with strategy and ACT culture, as well as driving Employee Engagement initiatives such as surveys, action planning, and recognition programs.

* Job Description:

**- Lead and evolve talent management and succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership continuity and future-ready capabilities.  - Manage and enhance the performance management system to reinforce strategic priorities and embed the ACT culture.  - Drive company-wide employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and recognition, to strengthen commitment and performance.  - Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to design and implement organization development solutions that enable transformation.  

- Oversee cross-functional OD initiatives with project management to deliver sustainable impact.
