Maintenance Assistant

This position requires personal contact with residents and a high level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations. You must be able to work as part of a team and independently with minimum supervision.

• Heavy duty cleaning, light grounds care, maintenance of institutional equipment.
• Keep records of work performed.
• Coordinate work with other departments so as not to interrupt patient care or normal business functions.
• Able to be on call for emergencies.
• Perform or direct duties concerning maintenance of grounds, parking lots, driveways, etc. (excludes work performed under service contract).

• Maintenance experience preferred בילר, not required.
• H‑VAC experience preferred, not required.
• High school graduate or graduate ਇੱਕ technical school.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Knowledge of local codes and ordinances. Knowledge of safety regulations.
