The Epic Radiant Analyst is responsible for the design, build, implementation, ongoing support, and optimization of the Epic Radiant (Radiology Information System) module. This role serves as a key liaison between clinical stakeholders (radiology and imaging departments), technical teams, and vendors to ensure effective workflows, system configuration, and high quality operational support. The analyst will contribute to system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, support upgrades, and deliver training and documentation for Epic Radiant applications.

• Provide day-to-day application support including incident (break/fix) resolution, service requests, and escalation management.
• Analyze, design, configure, build, test, and implement Epic Radiant workflows including order management, imaging procedures, reporting, and integration with PACS/RIS systems.
• Collaborate with radiology, imaging, clinical, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in project planning, go-live support, upgrades, and system optimization initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations.
• Conduct workflow assessments and testing, ensuring accurate configuration and data integrity across workflows.
• Maintain and update system documentation, build guides, training materials, and job aids for end users and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, work with vendors (PACS/RIS), and support interfaces (e.g., HL7, DICOM) to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Assist in development and delivery of end-user training, support rollouts, and help internal stakeholders adopt system changes.
