Positions starting at $22.50 per hour!

Required weekly recurring schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday 3:00pm to 11:00pm with some flexibility for other days/times.

The Behavior Technician Supervisor (BTS) is the bridge between Behavior Support Technicians (BSTs), people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and day‑to‑day operations of Individual Supported Living (ISL). You will encourage and mentor individuals and BSTs by supporting them in maximizing their full potential. The BTS role is involved in providing training and supports to all aspects of an individual's life activities and to BSTs working within their assigned clients’ homes (ISL).

• Daily life skills:
  Cooking, Cleaning, Hygiene, Purchasing groceries, Food preparation, Medication administration, Behavioral care, Community participation, Management of personal funds

• Helping implement personal plans (the story of the individual you’re serving including their history, goals, and achievements)
• Implementing and communicating directives
• Maintaining necessary records and reports
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of a therapeutic environment (keeping their houses happy and cozy)

• Setup for success with paid initial and ongoing training certifications (CPR/ First Aid, MANDT verbal and physical de‑escalation, Paraclete, Level One Med Aide, etc.)

• Diploma from an accredited high school or equivalent.
• Six months experience providing direct care, treatment, and habilitation in the human service field.
  • Experience providing direct care, treatment and habilitation to individuals who have intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and/or behavior disorders is preferred.
