Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers, acknowledge customers immediately and follow Non‑Negotiable guidelines, handle customer needs and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency, balance teller drawer daily and comply with teller standards, complete all necessary documentation, maintain a neat and clean professional appearance, participate in available training, cross‑train to cover other areas, recognize opportunities to cross‑sell bank products and services, and demonstrate dependability and flexibility.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience required; previous banking experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Jack Henry).
• Proficiency with a 10‑Key Adding Machine.
• Ability to balance teller drawer daily and maintain high security.
