Foster Care Worker

Overview

Full-time Foster Care Worker position at TFI Family Services. Average hourly rate: $23.25 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).

• As a Foster Care Worker, you will work closely with children and families to ensure children can thrive safely in their home environments.
• You will teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships.
• You will support foster parents by helping train, license, and guide them in providing the best care for the children in their homes.

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field with two or more years of experience in the human services field.
