Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Services Manager (Doer) at Neal Group Construction LLC, located in Joplin, MO. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations. Key responsibilities include direct assistance to the CEO and CFO. The Administrative Services Manager will also handle correspondence, facilitate communication among team members, and ensure that all administrative functions align with company goals and standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in analytical skills with a focus on evaluating and improving operational processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to support interactions with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Experience with administrative assistance tasks, including scheduling, organization, and record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with software tools for administrative and budget management. (Quick Books Enterprise)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in the construction or property development industry is a plus.
